25 g poppy seeds

25 g coriander leaves and mint leaves (finely chopped)

50 ml rose water

Preparation Method
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Slit the green chillies lengthwise.

Crush the ginger and garlic.

Cut the cinnamon into small pieces.

Finely chop mint and coriander leaves.
Step 2: Cook the Rice
Boil enough water in a large vessel. Add cinnamon and cardamom to the boiling water.
