2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste

8 green chillies

1 cup curd

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 teaspoons chilli powder

2 teaspoons coriander powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Mint leaves – a handful
-
Coriander leaves – a handful
-
Curry leaves – as required
-
Oil or ghee – as needed
For Garnishing

Preparation Method
Step 1: Marinate the Fish
Clean the fish pieces properly.
Add:

Turmeric powder

Chilli powder
-
Salt
-
Lemon juice
Mix well and keep aside for about 30 minutes.
Step 2: Fry the Fish
Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry the marinated fish pieces until golden.

Step 3: Cook the Rice
Boil enough water in a large vessel.
